Finding the right therapist in Singapore takes time and we understand that. Each of our therapists specialise in various modalities and issues, and bring with them their own unique expertise and experience. Read more about us here.
02. Book a Session:
Our initial sessions allow you to experience time with our therapists to decide if they are a good fit for you. Take this time to share about your issue, learn about their approach, and collaborate on the journey ahead.
03. Confirm your appointment:
You will be put in touch with your therapist once we receive your booking, and they will guide you through your first session. Do know that all information you provide us with is held in confidence. See you in session!
